  Terrible experience with a pickup order. Supervisor was rude not helpful and did not apologize or do anything about their blunder. I placed my order online using their app and the system said order will be ready at 535pm. I arrive at 537pm and asked if I would like to order at which time I told the young lady that I placed my order online and what it was for. She searched the pickup area and did not find it and said that she sees it in progress at the back. I patiently wait as 20 minutes goes by. I ask the supervisor what the issue is and he just says don't listen to the app it doesn't know how busy we are and there were 4 orders before you sitting and waiting. I'm like what's the point of ordering in advance if you don't start it. At which time he double checks the pickup area and we see that my order was sitting there the whole time since I arrived. Not one apology from him or the girl. He didn't even ask her how she missed it. And basically said look do you want to pay for it or what. I felt like just taking the chicken and saying no! Anyhow I told him how bad his service was and he could care less even when I told him I'll tell the owner who I've seen many times in the dining room. The owner really needs to teach these 2 employees a thing or 2 about service and saying sorry when they make a mistake.

  Always fresh , staff always courteous. Louis is a great waiter , his experience shows. Never a bad meal. If something isn't to your satisfaction they will make it right for you.

  This store is absolutely incapable of getting a delivery order right, every single time. They also don't care. Pick up from a different store or get food elsewhere, because ordering from this joker will never end well for you.

  Party of 30 people, not a problem. Waiter was amazing and never stopped helping us out. I was impressed with how well she did and individual bills for everyone. Best service I ever seen and well managed. Even the manager asked how everything was.
