  1. They did not ask if I want the sandwich toasted or not.
  2. Did not ask me if I want the combo or just the sandwich by default they gave me chips without me asking( paid extra for the combo)
  3. Cucumbers in the sandwich were rotten. I did not notice it initially but my sandwich opened up and by chance the cucumber came out.
  
  Overall pathetic customer experience.

  Very quiet when we were there for a quick bite around 4 on Sunday. Fantastic pastries, especially if you ask to have them warmed. Downside was that only one booth in the whole location had access to an outlet if you plan on charging your phone.

  Friendly staff with good customer service. Can get very crowded during the afternoon. There are limited power outlets and only a few seats with an outlet so be aware when bringing your electronic devices.

  At two consecutive visits, my wife has been given the incorrect order at the drive through. The staff do not know their own product offering names, and have not been properly trained on the OR and AND option points with each combo. Will the third time be a charm? Still holding on to the near perfect experiences at Panera locations in north Florida.
