  I've eaten at almost every Chinese food restaurant in the area and Empire Chef is definitely my favorite. I'm not going to say every dish they make is perfect. Some are exceptional and some fall short. But overall I'm never disappointed. Friendly service, great lunch specials.

  Always quick, fresh and delicious. If you are craving Chinese food you will not be let down. Great bang for your buck as well! I always ask to substitute the rice in the specials for noodles for an extra dollar or so.

  I bought beef with broccoli with fried rice for lunch, but the rice was too dry and not much. the food quality and the service was not good. I will not be back.
