  I have never written a company before about bad service, but having experienced bad service for a third time from the same location, I decided to write. This Starbucks is the one I visit most frequently as it is on my way to work. I placed my mobile order a few minutes before arriving at the store. I arrived at the store and waited another ten minutes for my drink. I was standing at the counter for a few minutes before the barista even noticed there were four mobile orders waiting. While the barista was pouring my drink, she said "sorry for the wait." It was insincere at best, lacking eye contact or sympathy. After she handed it to me I said "could I please have one of the cards you give out for a complimentary drink after a long wait?" She said "well, how long were you waiting?" I said "at least eight minutes" She snapped the card down on the counter and walked away to make other orders. The staff generally seems uncoordinated, unfriendly and lacking hustle. I really hope management can intervene so the service improves.

  This location is one of the best. They really represent the Starbuck spirit. I'm an occasionnal customer and they still make me feel like I matter to them.

  The menu is big as always. For a place way up north, it is a really nice place. I suggest going if you are in that area
